So what's the deal about NO investigation prior to the ports deal?

So what's the deal about NO investigation prior to the ports deal?
Just heard a few references to this on CNN - something about how Negraponte approved it without any security investigation. The story is being told by some top, unnamed Republican in Congress. Has anyone heard any more about this?

If this is true, it's pretty explosive...

2. Talked about it on Lou Dobbs too. Seems CIFUS admitted to
Peter King that they don't do in-depth investigations. They just call DHS and ask if they have anything on record. They didn't!

Watch King on Wolfe. King is a Pub but he's PI**ED!

3. Peter King behind this story.
Just watched the bit on Wolf Blitzer. Peter King talked to the Bush admin guys who worked the ports deal, and specifically asked them if they had investigated terrorist ties within Dubai Ports World. They said no investigation had done, no questions asked - Negraponte said there were no flags, and that was it.

More Bush lying.
