My email to Ed Schultz's producer (and the address in case u want 2 write)
Ed Schultz is always criticizing Murtha and Kerry for speaking their mind because he fears the republicans will use their words against them.

* It is that type of thinking why so many democratic politicians voted for the war in the first place.
* It is that type of thinking that makes most of the dems in congress look like spineless jellyfish.
* It is that type of thinking that has our democracy on the verge of a breakdown.

Ed not only trashes democratic politicans for speaking their mind (I wouldn't mind Ed trashing them for NOT speaking their mind) but he is also always praising Chuck Hagel.

Hagel, if you do your research, was an owner, as well as Chairman and CEO, of Election Systems & Software, which counted the votes in the 1996 election when Hagel ousted popular democrat incumbent Ben Nelson.

Hagel was one of the first republican politicians, if not the first, who won under suspicious conditions with voting machines that left no paper trail.

Perhaps it's time that Ed Schultz shed his liberal clothing and show his true colors. It's obvious he became a dem only because he was pussy-whipped.

1. IMHO, these letters have more impact when
they don't have words like "pussy-whipped" and other phrases that detract from an otherwise serious-minded letter.

10. S'alright. I get so mad sometimes that I just have to
fire off what my SO calls a "Grampa Simpson" letter via email.

2. Small correction
Hagel ran against Nelson, he didn't oust him. The seat was an open seat. He later won by 83%, not surprising in the very red state of Nebraska.

I'm writing, but I'm leaving the Hagel stuff out, and sticking to what I know for a fact...that he is wrong about his Murtha comments.

Enough is enough. He shouldn't be on the airwaves posing as a liberal.

6. The guy who wanted Randi's job? I remember many defending and
loving him. And didn't he also get a lot of support from us to be reinstated on the military listening menu? Typical.

7. Chuck Hagel is smart!
I couldn't agree more about Chuck Hagel and the no paper trail machines or Ed standing up for him. Be careful, Chuck is one of the "Smart and Corrupt" cons.

12. I usually enjoy listening to him (it's the only thing on at the time)
but today he's really pissed me off! Aren't we all pleading every fucking day for democrats to stop using weasel words and tell the truth as it is? Murtha was asked a question and he gave an honest answer. He never said people shouldn't joinn the military. He said HE wouldn't do it right now. He also said that a person is justified to not sign up 'to serve'. Well, of course they are justified! It's a fricking VOLUNTEER military!

Why Shultz is trying to make such a big issue out of this I don't know.

15. Well, many of us wrote him when he made fun of Howard Dean.
But not many joined us. It was attributed to our cult like attitude. So I am not surprised at these attacks.

I had to turn his sorry ass off. He even accused Murtha of "being in his cups" aka drunk.

Slam Schultz with both barrels.

to call him out on this in public on the air. 1-877-934-6833

19. well ed is miscontruing the question Murtha was asked
simply saying someone is justified to say they don't want to join the military because of *'s policies doesn't equate to don't "join the military", but someone who doesn't join shouldn't be criticized. That said, it was a trick question of sorts Murtha could have done something to defuse his response such as "I'd never tell anyone to not join the military, but..."

But whatever... Schultz should be focusing on Abramoff and yet he suspiciuosly always loves to say "you know what the righties are gonna do", as if he's providing them a playbook.

21. This is how he solicits calls.....
I bet he'll modify his position. He has done this before. He throws something out, gets a ton of calls (and he listens to the well-reasoned ones) and then he will modify what he said the day before.

25. Let's mount a campaign to get Schultz off the air. He's a gun crazy kind
of wimp from Fargo. I could never understand how he got on the airwaves. He's definitely a Conservative PLANT. I've e-mailed him and he never answers. He must be a relative of Limbaugh. :-(
