I used to live in a building and there was a sick creep that lived there that had plenty of wires. I realized he was tapping my phone. One day I was talking to my friend on the phone and was telling her about something that had happened that was rather sad and all of a sudden I hear a third voice that says, "Awwwwwwwwww ....".

I turned this guy into the FCC numerous times and was IGNORED and deemed, "crazy". Crazy? Uh huh, yeah right.
