and gives details in a speach.

5. I think it is a deliberate show of disrespect
and a way of telling voters that if they insist on electing liberal democrats, they cannot expect the Bush administration to "keep them safe from terror"

Frankly I would be more worried about our home grown far right and left terrorists. With how things are going in DC they will be out in force soon.
