People are pissed about NSA
I was watching the end of the NSA hearings from earlier today and I like to listen to the phone calls on C-SPAN. AT MOST two people were defending Bush but even some republican line callers were upset about Bush trampling on the Constitution. That helped me to keep my faith in my country and that people are just being shut out from "main stream media" with their opinions.

1. I really hope you're right. But, when I mention it to my neighbors
they don't seem to know about it. Even my liberal, capital "L" neighbors.

:(

3. Hey, even the "yellow stream media" sound kinda hacked.
MSRNC was calling it a "power grab" today, and both they and CoNN were referring to it as "domestic surveillance," not "ter'ist servaylince."

Ain't NOTHIN "mainstream" about their lies and manipulation. They're the Corporate Media, plain and simple.

9. There's actually more good news out there.
My husband came home from work today and said, "Boy everybody is really upset with those guys who are running our government!" I was quite surprised becaue we live in Georgia! I was so surprised, I asked him if he was REALLY SURE? These folks were ALL shrub supporters from day one! He said he was really positive, and they're all complaining!

Believe me, if he's hearing this in Ga, and I'm talking about north of Atlanta where all the fundies live, there's a whole lot more people across the country who are thinking and saying the same thing!

13. Gonzales isn't up to the task
of lying for the administration. He's a wimp. If McClellan were AG, he might be able to pull it off (at least in the short term)
