First Iran, Now Syria. Boy, that Muqtada al-Sadr Sure is Getting Around!

Syrian Pesident Bashar Assad , right, meets in Damascus Monday, Feb, 6, 2006 with radical Iraqi Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr who arrived in Damascus on Sunday for a visit of several days. Al-Sadr said after meeting Syrian Foreign Minister Sharaa that talks focused on Iraqi-Syrian relations. The Iraqi cleric has recently said he wants to launch an initiative to mend relations between Syria and Lebanon that have deteriorated after the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. 10. She's lovely. His head is super flat!
BTW, I really admire King Juan Carlos for his role in helping to bring democracy to Spain. Queen Sofia is elegant as always.

13. and guess what else?
This has not been reported in our lovely librul media but our very own ambassador to Iraq, Zalmay Khalilzad has been trying to negotiate with al-Sadr regarding the Sunni problem. Now if our M$M were to report this don't you know a few families who lost US Soldier's to al-Sadr's men in 2004 might be just a little bit, ah.. disillusioned?
