Washington served at least part of his term as president before the Fourth Amendment was adopted. We also know about the Alien and Sedition Act and John Adams. Remember what happened to that? Get your history straight, Gonales. Washington was inaugurated Thursday, April 30, 1789. The Bill of Rights was Passed by Congress September 25, 1789.
Ratified December 15, 1791.

And it already is. Which is why you've got former CIA man Rep Bob Barr and Sen Specter saying they don't go along for the ride, if you get my drift.

The illegal spying, even on their own, who the Rovians like to keep in line, aren't any more happy with these overbearing tactics than the rest of us.
