We actually have a choice within the Democratic party in 2008

We have two sets of candidates running for president:

1. Those who voted for the IWR and pushed our involvment into Iraq
2. Those who voted against the IWR, realizing that it violated the war powers act

During the last six years the Democrats in Congress helped create this imperial presidency, and I'll be damned if I'll vote for ANYONE who helped lead us into Iraq

Is their excuse going to be that the bush administration misled them?

Those who were against are involvment in Iraq in the first place, saw that Iraq was no threat, should be rewarded for doing the right thing.

Any candidate who jumped on the band wagon getting us into Iraq DOES NOT DESERVE OUR SUPPORT.

We can actually choose a candidate to represent us, who will not have to back away from their vote on the Iraq war. We can actually take our party BACK from the DLC.

We did it in 2006, and we can do it in 2008.
