1. It is not just the republican men that are frightened -

this morning a lot of Dem men are on the DU trashing HRC. Some of the criticism is legitimate - a lot of it seems to be just pure fear of a strong woman - any strong woman. They generally won't trash Pelosi because she is petite and they think they can take her. Sad and obvious.

But you are dead on right...misogyny isn't just a problem on the right. There are plenty of men here on DU who don't seem to like women. I have a bad feeling about how much time I'm going to end up spending defending a candidate I don't even really like just because some people can't seemto discuss Hillary without resorting to gender slurs and other sexist nonsense.
