Iraqi News Source: Iranian Forces Massing on Iraqi Border

http://www.iraqslogger.com/index.php/post/879/Arab_Media_Report_Crackdown_Anxiety

Az-Zaman (international) claimed that Iranian forces are massing across the borders from Suleymaniya in Northern Iraq. The newspaper linked these developments to the tensions aroused by the arrest of five Iranian officials in Arbeel by American forces earlier this month. While the US claims that the Iranians are linked to acts of terrorism in Iraq and are part of the Iranian intelligence apparatus, Iran and some Iraqi politicians assert that the Iranians were diplomats and call for their release.

2. This was exactly Van Riper's winning wargame move
If you know the US is going to attack you, you hit first rather than waiting for us to pretend to negotiate. Van Riper showed this, and they ignored it.

4. I didn't know what you were refering to so I found it for others to see
In Millennium Challenge 2002, a $250 million war game designed to test the new technologies and concepts of transformation and network-centric warfare—in which U.S. forces are data-linked with one another as never before—Lt. Gen. Paul Van Riper, former president of the Marine Corps University, was asked to command the "enemy" forces. In the first days of that mock battle, he used unconventional methods, including a preemptive attack that featured air-, sea-, and ground-launched cruise missiles to sink 16 American ships. After the American forces decided to refloat the ships and restart the game, Van Riper stepped aside from his role, contending that the rest of the game was scripted for American victory.
