Hello Mr. Tauzin

I consider you a villain. I consider it your fault that disabled and retired people did not join the junk Medicare Part D program. I did the math and the program would not cover what I need without having to pay more money out than I would get back. With the extra premiums, extra deductibles, means test and coverage gap in Medicare Part D I would get nothing back. In fact I would pay money into the program and lose money.

Billy, you should have kept your grubby hands off the legislation and allowed Medicare to run the benefit and have placed it into Medicare Part B and cover it like a doctors visit runs now meaning people pay 20 percent of a doctors visit.

People should have gotten to go to a pharmacy, show their medicare card and pay a flat 20 percent of medication and later on Medicare would reimbursed pharmacies an approved amount like they do with doctors.

You Mr. Tauzin appear an over paid greedy little troll who doesn't really care about elderly and disabled people. Please don't poormouth how research and development would suffer if elderly and disabled people get a fair shake on medications. You make me laugh, just like you laugh all the way to the bank when you helped create this privatized medicare drug program.

And Louisianans want sympathy for the deaths from the flood that happened in New Orleans in 2005?

What about elderly and disabled people you had no sympathy for in 2003?
