Cranberry Walnut Cheesecake Pie (we leave out the walnuts)


Prep Time: 20 min
Total Time: 4 hr 20 min
Makes: 10 servings


1-1/4 cups cold milk

2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce, divided

1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted


POUR cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in 4 cups of the whipped topping.

SPREAD 1/2 of the pudding mixture on bottom of crust. Spread 1/2 of the cranberry sauce over pudding mixture in crust; sprinkle with walnuts. Spread remaining pudding mixture over walnuts.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with fresh cranberries. Serve with remaining cranberry sauce. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
