To any reporter, for the love of God, ASK BUSH IF HE'S DRINKING.
And then ask Congress to invoke the 25th Amendment.

It could be the only way to save us from an invasion of Iran.

3. I'll telll you how
He's isn't drunk (most of the time) so his behavior won't be erratic in that way. He prefers to do his work without oversight and becoming President means he will have oversight (at least now, in the current angry public environment). Having that oversight will piss him off, make his blood pressure go up and he will likely have a massive (and deadly) coronary. And poof, no more Cheney. See?

4. the 25th amendment?
The VP and cabinet invoke the 25th, not Congress. Congress can, theoretically, designate itself as the body that can do it, but that would provoke an interesting Constitutional 'separation of powers' shitstorm.

5. Why would the press ask that question?
Seriously, they have had six plus years to question him about everything from Iraq, the Downing Street Memo, WMD, the economy, Iran, the outing of Valerie Plame, his past, and many, many other things. They don't ask because they don't want to. He his still their pampered chosen boy.
