I'm a renter in this world
Edited on Thu Jan-11-07 03:27 AM by MoseyWalker
I don't "own" much, as if anyone really could in the long run.

I make it these days day to day and week to week, and I like it.

I have no ambitions or aspirations to "own" things or places, or people who give me their time and loyalty.

I am happy being a renter in this life, and will happily give it up when the time comes.

Who wants to own the world (other than greedy republics)? What is to gain from it?

I rent my time in this world, do the best I can, and then give my time to others.

Are you a renter (speaking about life, obviously, not real estate)?

Both in life and in real estate. No plans or desires to ever be an "owner" of much. Not enough income to afford it, and quite frankly, I don't want the responsibility.

3. We are all renters, MoseyWalker
Just sharing a little time whilst trying to hold on to what we hold dear.

It is all relative, friend.

The hoppergrass makes the hops
the honeybee makes the honey
God makes all the pretty women
Sears, Roebuck makes the money

I live in one of the finest places on the planet.
And when I am gone, someone else will enjoy my view.

Buena suerte, mofos.

Because no one lasts forever.

Tom
