Only if the terror update is the result of an e-mail originating from me, my family, friends or group I'm involved with and they are coming after me. Edited to add: or phone call originating from me, my family, yada, yada, yada. Otherwise I'd like an alert if I'm going to get disappeared.

Yes. Then they should hold hearings and recoup money from the war profiteers.
