I tried to post this yesterday, and it had a pretty lively discussion on it, but unfortunately it was pointing to a site where with the English translation that DU doesn't want us pointing to, so it was deleted. Anyway, given I can't find other sites with this translation or this set of news, I'm reposting today with a direct link to the original German site via babelfish translation for us to get at least a reasonable translation of what was being said there. I feel this sort of news should be looked at, and we should have some reference to it in our site archives that I hope to provide here.
To summarize some of the earlier discussion thread, there was an earlier BBC-made documentary on the Super notes that showed on Free Speech TV (and perhaps Link TV) that traced what it saw as the path of super notes coming from North Korea where they were made through Russian embassy via what it speculated were North Korean diplomats, then through to Ireland via former IRA members, and then into the U.K. where it was dispersed into the economy there.
I speculated that this might have been done to provide a more justifiable reason to accelerate efforts to develop RFID chip technology by the CIA to be used in other areas but also be used in the newer money have issued that was issued in response to these counterfeit notes.
Others have speculated that it is financing black ops without congressional oversight, and that this is similar to what happened with Iran/Contra, etc. Others talked about the North Korean regime, etc. too.
Then again, it might be just a convenient way to inflate the money supply when the U.S. needs so much more money now to finance this war, etc., and yet reclaim it if someone calls attention to certain counterfeit bills existence and the money holder's expense instead of the U.S. government's. Perhaps they're thinking that issuing the money that way runs less of a risk of our currency value dropping in world markets too, which it is also experiencing problems with now.

Does the "Supernotes" come from the CIA?Dictator - in addition, money counterfeiters? Kim Jong IL
06. January 2007
The American secret service CIA could be responsible for the production of the perfectly falsified 50 and 100-Dollar-Noten, which Washington the terror regime subordinates North Korea niches. Extensive searches of the Frankfurt general Sunday newspaper in Europe and Asia resulted in that in the case of counterfeit money investigators and prominent representatives of the high safety graphic arts industry.
Also dollar falsifications, which are not able to differentiate even specialists no more from genuine notes to, the called "supernotes", circulate for almost two decades, without the authors could be made. Because of the unusual quality experts assume behind it a state must stand. The administration of George W. Bush had accused of officially Pjoengjang of the act and thus in the autumn 2005 the negotiations in the context of the six-he round over a renouncement Pjoengjangs of its nuclear weapon program burst to let. Since that time the tensions on the Korean peninsula verschaeft themselves threateningly. America assumes that North Korea with the falsified dollar notes finances its rocket and nuclear weapon program.

It's just too bad we lost some of that good discussion we had on it yesterday. Please rate it up and add your comments again. Thanks!
