add to gov't transparency: every war or military action resolution must include business interest
who asked for it within the last ten years, regardless of the current provocation.

Further, any business communication to any government official, elected or bureaucrat, on foreign affairs may NOT be classified under any circumstances.

If they want to ask for a war, I suppose that's their right. But we have the right to see them ask for it in the open, and to see whether they got what the asked for.
