Ever. Oh, I toyed with the idea once, when someone was having some trouble with impulse control, but I never did. As I expected, they ran out of steam rather quickly.

Generally, I just try to make my case in a mannerly fashion and eschew ad hominems. Works for me. YMMV.

straight away. Ironically, I was trying to click them into my buddy list, and goofed.

I wouldn't want to put anybody here on ignore. Seems a little cold. Too many people here seem almost like brothers and sisters by now.

But I HAVE clicked on "alert" when I smell a troll. That's about as bad as I get.
