3. OK, what am I missing on that first one?
I feel dumb for asking, and I know I'll probably feel even DUMBER
when I hear the answer...but I just don't "get" that one.

Otherwise, a fine batch of toons- RECOMMENDED, of course.

6. Ah! That makes sense. I was thinking he was some sort of baseball pitcher?
I was right- I do feel dumber now.
But thanks for 'splainin' it to me anyway!

11. The ones he is urging forward are dead.

Forward men, follow me.

Remember, the Pentagon sent recruitment letters to several hundred dead soldiers.

12. Yeah, Sydnie thought it was a "pitching" thing too...
So now I'm confused again.

Oh well, the rest were still good- my rec stands.

14. On reflection I think it was about the recruiting letters
sent to dead soldiers. He's trying to get them to charge or follow him, but they are dead.

7. I took it as
blivet** throwing caskets at them. Sort of like throwing out the first ball at a game.

16. He's throwing dead soldiers at Iraq. Cannon fodder.
He's got no more live ones to throw.

13. I somehow think
that drinking a bottle of tequila would be more likely to allow Nancy Polosi to understand Dubya's pov better than smoking a joint.

Invincibility is, after all, a delusion more associated with alcohol consumption, after all.

15. Is she smoking a joint--or is she just blowing smoke?
Edited on Tue Jan-09-07 11:47 PM by tblue37
When people smoke a joint they usually suck in the smoke and hold it, not blow it out big like that.

At least that's what I've heard.

If you take a big enough hit, you release a CLOUD when you let it out.

18. Doing coke lines!
Although...I'm starting to think he's taken on Hitler's old hobby of methamphetamine injections.

:nopity:

But he's definitely not smoking weed! That stuff makes you peaceful!

:smoke:

cold shiver down my spine. We have been here before, and the clueless are doing the same thing now as they did then.
