I never use bumper stickers.
I just don't.

But, lately, it's been 60 degrees in New York. Just this year, my child became old enough to sign up for the school ski club, but so far it has been canceled because it's too warm even for the artificial snow. Mosquitos are even buzzing around. In January!!! Mosquitos in New York!!! You have to understand that New York is supposed to be

COLD!!!

It is supposed to be winter in January!!! But it’s not. Boulder, my old stomping grounds, is experiencing one blizzard after another. Extreme weather even for that crazy town. Ice caps melting. Glaciers receding. The Alps are hosting hiking tours because the ski slopes don’t have enough snow for the lodges to stay afloat.

I have reconsidered putting a bumper sticker on my car. I will put one and only one on my car. And it must read:

RE-ELECT AL GORE!!!

17. I sell such as bumper sticker. Look in the store.
Click on the signature link and then search for the name Gore in the search box and you will find it.

2. I never did until 2004
Then I had a Kerry/Edwards sticker on my car.

About a month after that election I have had a DU sticker on the car ever since.

3. I always just tape them inside my back window
I never actually stick them to the car itself.

But if you're going to make an exception just once, you're making the right one.

Run, Al,run! The world needs you.

6. I don't use them either. But now I do have one:
I had it custom-made. It says "PROUD TO BE AN EAST COAST LIBERAL ELITIST".

Anyway, I like yours! :hi:

8. I print my own removeable window stickers.
I use Office Depot Window Decals (not an endorsement) and stick them on the inside of my car. If I'm on business and want to avoid controversy I just peel the off and put them back afterwards.

To apply them to the inside you have to mirror image the text and spraypaint the back side with white paint.

9. Here's a good one
I don't use bumper stickers myself, because here in GA I don't want to risk getting my car vandalized by all the morAns. But this past weekend, I saw a great one (in a Wal-Mart parking lot, of all places):
The Rapture Is Not An Exit Strategy.

10. LOL! That's a great one!
I can understand your concerns about your car in Georgia, too. That's where I was born and raised. I don't think I'd want to ride around with a liberal sticker there either.

12. I have come to conclusion that I will not see snow again unless...
....I take a vacation someplace further north where they tend to get snow. And btw, I live in the mid-atlantic region, which 20 years ago we use to get several big snow storms a year. Now we're lucky if we see a dusting!

15. I don't know about great but this is what is currently on my car,
glass only not on the bumper:

Focus On Your Own Darn Family

The Christian Right Is Neither

Quagmire Accomplished: No End in Sight

I'm George W Bush and I Approved This Mess

There Is No Flag Large Enough To Cover the Shame of Killing Innocent People - Howard Zinn

America: One Nation Under Surveillance

Decriminalize Politics - Kick Out the Republicans

1-Stop Thinking 2-Stop Caring 3-Now You're a Republican

1 local candidate sticker

Now the oval-shaped ones:

Harold Ford Jr. (just 'cause I haven't taken it off yet)

Wtf?

In order to insure the quality of your PATRIOTISM your conversation may be monitored.

It may be time to change a few of them out!

That one cracks me up. The longer W(orst) is in the WH, the better Nixon looks.

On edit: This Pittsburgh area resident misses winter too. That's what my husband and I get for getting our kids skis this year...a snow-less winter.

18. Here's one that I like

I found it at www.libertystickers.com . It,s a Libertarian site but they've got some good stickers. I get most of my stickers from www.northernsun.com They have magnetic backing that you can purchase so you can remove your stickers when you are driving into enemy territory.

bumperstickers in rotation, as the headlines demand...

(also.. they are way easier on the finish of the car!)
