The domain name is owned by someone in North Carolina, probably an Edwards staffer, and is temporarily linked to the NATIONAL Dem Party website.

For the last damned time, some guy named named Mike Davis in North Carolina registered that domain and did so in 2004. Neither Clinton nor Edwards nave anything to do with that domain.
