Can some one explain to me what happens to the troops on the ground

if congress were to withdraw funding?

What is the process of withdrawing funding for an conflict in process?

1. Funding is never withdrawn to provide for the troops on the ground.
Of the last $2 billion for "Iraq", NONE was for the troops.

Many troops STILL don't have body armor.

bush& his Cabal & US "media" looove to call it "funding for our troops" but it isn't the troops getting those funds. America's propaganda; something we really are #1 at.

7. "withdraw funding"
means withdraw the ongoing funding for continuing the war & invasion on and of the people of Iraq (the US civs, contractors & other vasrious war profiteers, the sending of supplies/re-supplies, the $ billions handed out in paper bags -and lost, etc)

Funds are available to bring all the troops home. Now.

And then use the rest of the billions bush plans to spend on his escalation to fund the VA for the troops who are fucked up mentally and/or physically and being left to rot.

"Don't withdraw the funding---fund the withdrawl!"
