My God, Lindsey Graham is out of his mind.
Edited on Sun Jan-07-07 10:21 AM by spanone
On the Russert dog & pony show.

He's talking about WINNING THE WAR. He's talking about starting over in Iraq.
He's talking about NO end to this war. More Troops. More Troops. More Troops.

Our political leaders (repubs) don't give a flying fuck what the voters think.

36. Biden opposes escalation.
I don't think it would be the headline on his PAC site if he didn't.

37. These politicians have lost the moral authority to send young boys
to their deaths. I predict, that if they conscript our boys, without first nationalizing oil, there will be two battlefronts to fight.

I'd be happy to contemplate LG hurting & sweating if he didn't take any non-consenting people along with him.

8. Have you ever seen him in committee? He's textbook ADHD.
If we can substantiate the early symptoms/signs prerequisite for ADHD diagnosis, then he's nailed for having the problem. Recently I saw him in a committee meeting, during which he vigorously rocked back and forth in his chair and paid little attention to the proceeding until it was his turn at the mike. His motor behavior was certainly "agitated" in quality...reminded me of a 10-year old with little impulse control and suffering from understimulation issues.

9. Yes. Yes he is! I'm listening to that steaming pile as I type this..
How many of Graham's relatives are on the ground in Iraq? If any are of age, suit 'em up and send 'em over. Oh, and BTW, Lindsey looks pretty agile. Get his sorry ass on the next troop transport out!! He'd crap himself if you dropped him in Baghdad (outside the Green Zone, that is).

Whatta tool! Blech... :puke:

10. He wouldn't tell Russert what would happen if the surge didn't work.
To me it sounds like he wants the troops there forever so the region won't blow up.

17. The only people allowed to advance in the Rethug Party
are people who are vulnerable. Why do you think they allowed the moran child molesters to keep their jobs until they're outed? If you had a straight-up guy or gal, you'd have no control over them. They might actually vote their consciences. But if you promote people who have a 'wing down', then they have to toe the mark. Everytime. Or it's 'coitins'.

21. "we need to hold the generals accountable for their work product"...
he says, they've had two years to succeed- and they haven't-

'2 years ago I was over there and we went 'rug-shopping' today we go over there and we are under attack' (not verbatim, but as close as i remember)-

He spoke non-stop, hardly taking time to breathe with a trembling voice... either he's hyped up on caffeine, nervous as hell, or about to blow-- non stop rehetoric... I hear sincere desperation and fear of losing control.

I haven't seen him this agitated before....

I can see it now-1 soldier in South Korea. 1 soldier in Germany. 1 soldier in Japan....etc. etc....with the rest being in Iraq, even the doctors who are trying to sew up those horribly injured by the war.
