I guess we're supposed to believe the pResident Bush is too busy to read the letter. It might take a whole 5 minutes to read. OK, for Bush, to be fair, 30 minutes. He'll have to get help with some of the difficult words.

I'll bet Bush has already started drinking, as he now knows the bipartisan cooperation he wants is going to have to be a two way street for a change. He can no longer just call the shots and ignore what the Dems say.
