O Happy Day ! - The DLC is going to lead us to victory...
Those reality-based thinkers that believe in "bi-partisanship" and working with the Republicans are going to lead us to the Promised Land. Never mind that they could not find their way to the toilet unless someone showed them. They are natural followers but they really want to lead. They don't want to rock the boat. It's best if we moderate to the middle, no matter if the house is burning down. Everydody get in line and follow the DLC. They have no idea where they are going but they won't piss anybody off on the way there. If need be, they will stop and ask the Republicans for directions.

3. Bill and Hillary were probably getting directions from Cheney yesterday...
What can we do to help the special interests? Never mind those "leftists" - we'll just tell them we have to do it for the "Party" and they will fall in line every time. They are suckers.

4. That's what I thought when I saw the video of them together
That and: "If it were me, I'd have a baseball bat in my other hand."

Honestly, the excuses made for that disgusting scene of warm smiles and handshaking make me retch. I liked BC in the 90s. Voted for him twice without hesitation. But between Hillary and the last few years of cozying up to the Bushes, that feeling has turned to betrayal.

5. the DLC is no friend of the grassroots democratic party and progressives
When they speak of this so-called 'bi-partisanship' it inevitably leaves out a rather large group of progressives, IMO, in favor of a bunch of thugs.

6. Giving This A Nice Little R &
:kick: in the hope it helps kick the DLC out of our way and stops those corporatists from hindering our progress in the future.

8. The DLC is dense. The Clinton's who are supposed to be
the most politically savvy couple in the country don't recognize that there are people out here who have slowly recongnized what the DLC hasn't done and has allowed and we're not going to live under the DLC.

Bi-partisnship - yes, to the extent possible.
BushBFEE bi-partisanship - impossible
It's a matter of knowing where to draw a line
I can't approve of the DLC line
They are one bunch of stubborn, short sighted people
And 'progress' is missing from their lexicon

12. The only victory DLC cares about
is turning the Democratic Party into a subservient branch of the republican party.
