"Why are you crying about high gas prices? It's just supply and demand!"

"CEOs getting millions of dollars? It's Supply and Demand!"

It seems that the people in charge have no problem with supply and demand, then when the supply gets turned around and ends up in the hands of the poor and/or usually disadvantaged...

"Middle Eastern Countries and Hugo Chavez in charge of OUR Oil? Better bomb 'em!"

"Workers uniting and trying to get better wages? Supply and Demand? Sounds more like Communism to me!"

Pretty weird, huh?

1. You've got that right.
The people with wealth and power always want to rig the system so that they get more.
