So now, the question is: Have they created a martyr out of Saddam Hussein?
Reportedly there has been a barrage of stories on Iraqi TV showing all of Saddam's atrocities over and over - even those folks that only had electricity for a couple of hours probably got to see many of them. Will it be sufficient or is the war now over? Ding! Dong! The dictator is dead!

1. No, the question is: Now that they have created a martyr out of Saddam Hussein
how many US soldiers and marines will die because of it?

3. Killing Saddam won't fix anything.
That war is going to go on for 100's of years.

Saddam was allowed to stay alive too long. Many Iraqis became nostalgic for the days he was in power. Just the recipe for a martyr. The Sunni areas of Iraq will explode now. Al-Anbar is going to real ugly now.

If they were going to kill Saddam, it should have been when they found him.
