Why Iraq is executing Saddam

Iraq is unable to train it's police.

Iraq is unable to repair it's infrastructure.

Iraq is unable to quell the insurgency.

But, they can execute Saddam.

This is a ploy, and an injustice to the Iraqi people, the people who supported Saddam in the 80's, some of them are still in the White House today.
