Hey! DU'ers: Thinkers, Writers, Bloggers, Creatives...They are trying to Screw Your Mind!
Edited on Thu Dec-28-06 08:46 PM by KoKo01
Listening to all our Media: Matthews, Scarborough and Others...on Blogs and Dem "FAVE SITES"...they are ALL SCRAMBLING TO GET OUR ATTENTION!

BECAUSE...They are SO AFRAID...that a NEW POPULIST MOVEMENT IS RISING ...that they want to "Get Ahead" of the Curve to "REVISE" their PUMP UP for
"CHIMP/CHENEY WAR" and "EMPIRE" that they now are covering their tracks into how the "MSCorporate Media" beat the Drum for the Chimperor in Chief from the time he grabbed a "Bullhorn" on the Ashes of 9/11 Site" to his
"Spreading Democracy Over the World!"

Don't be taken in by these "False Flag" Pundits: Russert, Tweety (Matthews), Scarborough and the Print WHORES....

They want to obscure that MILLIONS of AMERICANS and folks WORLD WIDE Knew BETTER than THEY DID that IRAQ INVASION AND OCCUPATION WAS BASED ON............

LIES.........LIES...........LIES............LIES........LIES...........LIES!!!

They will use Bob Woodward and Gerald Ford to push us to the "CENTER RIGHT" when we know that WE HAVE BEEN HERE FIGHTING in TRENCHES since "2000 SELECTION" because "He who was INSTALLED is NOT ...HE WHO WAS ELECTED!

Is there still ANGER OUT THERE...that THIS DU'ER HAS for what has happened?

Or, ARE YOU WILLING TO COMPROMISE! ??????

2. Problem is...that most of MS America Dems think that "MEDIA" has turned
towards THEM after the "Mid-Terms" and they think they've got us on "choke collar" because the MSCorporate Media RULES...even giving "links to their Blog Sites for MSNBC and others so we can "continue the discussion."

Main Effort of FAILING MSM is: "Choke Collar all the Blogs and Message Boards...to get them over to "Our Sites" because we "appear" to be NOW going over to their side.

Forgetting that the very War Hawk sites that now find themselves in "disfavor" are now the very ones that need to "pump their Advertising Dollars UP" so they don't lose audience and viewers and are "LEFT OUT IN THE WILDERNESS" like the DEMS THEY TRASHED FOR DECADES!

BEWARE! They want DU'ers and OTHERS from LIBERAL BLOGS to now go to THEIR SITES and PUMP THEIR ADVERTISING REVENUE TO KEEP THEM IN THEIR "MIL$$$$$ SALARIES!" THEY LIED US INTO WAR! NOW THEY WANT TO PROFIT ON IT!!!!

6. I used to trust the LA Times, but they were sold to neo-cons
a couple of years ago and now run editorials by the likes of Jonah Goldberg and Max Boot. Bye, bye the last of the print media I trusted. I haven't trusted TV for a long time.

4. here is what pissed me off tonight when i caught part of tweety
he was bitching at this woman who was a repuke strategist saying that a real republican wouldn't have taken us into this war, dropped our troops into the desert and left them or whatever the fuck he said. then he says ronald reagan wouldn't have done it, "jerry" ford wouldn't have done it; it was the NEOCONS and he names cheney and i think he includes rumsfuck and then he says thanks to george fuckhead. he also said something about their strange or weird ideology or something to that effect.

this is why this shit is pissing me off: are these fucking republicans thinking they're gonna blame the neocons for this crap? and thereby take no fucking responsibility?

do they think they can start saying that "it wasn't me that did it. it wasn't us who fucked this country up. it was the neocons" ?? is that what these assholes think they're gonna start playing out?

so come election time they can say: vote for me--i'm a true republican. ? (you get my point right? i think they're gonna try laying the blame at the hands of neocons)

my message to repukes: we know. we know you LET THEM DO IT. we know YOU FOLLOWED THEM LIKE FUCKING SHEEP OFF THE GODDAMN CLIFF. we know YOU HELPED THEM GET AWAY WITH MURDER. we know YOU FUCKED THIS COUNTRY UP SO YOU COULD CALL YOURSELVES A BUNCH OF WINNERS. we know. and we know YOU ARE AS MUCH TO BLAME AS THE NEOCONS. YOU SPAWNED THE NEOCONS. YOU GREW THEM. AND YOU HANDED THEM THE KEYS TO THE KINGDOM. YOU, REPUBLICANS, ARE TO BLAME!

What YOU SAY in Post is what's driving me crazy thinking "THEY" are going to steal what we've been here talking about since 2000 "Stolen Election!"

THEY think they will TAKE ALL "OUR ISSUES" and co-opt them to THEIRS!

How Can This Be?

5. Wow! You just replicated a discussion we had not ten minutes ago in our living room
It's all revisionist right now. I remember very well all the cheerleading, flag waving, zenphobic, non-questioning, roll-over, non-coverage, propagandizing- run up to the war by most (if not all ) media talking heads.

There was a great thread here not that long ago that asked "How come we all knew it was BS but the media and our elected leaders didn't?"

That is still the question. They rammed it all through by pretending there was some scary, secret, immediate threatening stuff that we didn't know about. Only there wasn't. There were only discussions about how to "wrong-foot" Sadam, and how to pretend that Al-Q was tied to Sadam Hussein, etc. etc. etc. All lies, lies and damned lies.

Meanwhile,

Osama releases his greatest hits video collection
No anthrax answers
Afghanistan goes backwards
New Orleans drowns
Iraq goes to hell in a handbasket
US goes insolvent

Oh, well . . . too bad there's no real news. Wait, there is real news, there's just no real reporters. At least not on MSM. No compelling reason to watch them, except to log what they're NOT reporting.

9. You NAILED IT! Damned "Revisionists" think they are gonna get away
with WHAT THEY'VE DONE!!! LIES/MASSIVE DEATHS/CORRUPTION OF CONSTITUTION...but...Hey! They really didn't "Get It" at the "Time" and maybe the Neo-Cons kind of "overstepped" but let's MOVE ON!

OMG! How can we let this pass? If we do...we are dead...:-(

Thanks for posting what you all saw!

10. The corporate media
is a business that requires the journalists sell a product. At very best, progressive democrats can use the corporate media as a tool, to help us reach a goal. But it is never "our" tool: it does not belong to us, and it can never be counted on to have a loyalty to that which is true ... only to that which sells.

In the 1700s and 1800s in Ireland, when it was illegal for the Irish Catholics to educate their children, they had "hedge schools." These schools ranged from what we would consider a primary school education, to those equal to the best universities.

We need to make use of the "information highway" to form our own modern hedge schools. As Minister Malcolm X used to say, our schools are found when any group of people are putting their heads together, researching, discussing, teaching others, and learning from those same others.

The corporate media is but one form of "text book" in our classroom. Our credentials are our sincerity and our willingness to keep an open mind.

13. "it does not belong to us, and it can never be counted on to have a loyalty...."
What you say in a quote I pulled out...that makes me cry a river of tears about what you say...that SHOULD NOT BE! WE PAY MONEY FOR THEIR LIES...

we pay money for their lies........

Quote from you:

".. it does not belong to us, and it can never be counted on to have a loyalty to that which is true ... only to that which sells."

I repeat from your post: "...only that which sells."

Until most Americans realize that "..that which sells"...has SOLD THEM DOWN THE RIVER we "tread water" but those of us WHO KNOW...must STILL KEEP THE TRUTH GOING! WE MUST!!!!

11. It is becoming more and more obvious to me
how they are orchestrating the psychodrama--step by step. Now they are all parroting that cheney and rumsfeld and bush were all "profoundly changed" by the events of 9-11. What b.s.--when they had the patriot act ready and waiting......

And donatello started repeating the "everybody in the world believed they had WMD"

the one satisfying moment of tweety's broadcast was when he shot the republican blond strategist down about Iraq being a republican war. According to tweety is was a neocon war--not a republican one. Her eyes bulged out when he interrupted her to state that fact.

Otherwise, it was surreal how they establish the new "conventional wisdom"

14. It has been "The Ministry of Truth" for quite awhile now, not the Fourth Estate
the worst thing is that MSM is the theatre of information warfare including psychological operations.

"Reality vs. perception mangement..."
