Ford told Bush that he supported the war in Iraq

According to the NY Daily News, Ford told Bush that while he disagreed with using WMDs as a pretext for the war, he supported the war and removing Saddam from office.

This whole notion of waiting until he was dead to reveal that he opposed the war seems quite cowardly - if indeed he even held those views.

invasion. Then a few hours later, Woodward's bombshell. :wow: Talk about a lily-livered coward.

Ford wanted his comments to be covered up, no matter how many people had to die...until HE died, so no one could criticize his criticism of *².. that about covers it :(
