The 57 year old Gilmore doesn't believe there is a real conservative in the race.

5. I've come to the conclusion that any American-born citizen can
announce that they are running for president. If I owned a hat, I'd throw it into the ring. But since I don't have one, I'll just make an announcement here and now that I am running for president.

I don't have any funds, backers or organization, but what the hell. As George W. Bush has proved, any horse's ass can become president.
