This is directed at upper crust ladies or those who would like to be.

I am quite well off, but have lousy fashion instincts, taste and sense for what women want. For my wife's present I typically just go to Tiffany's or Louis Vuitton on Christmas Eve, and buy what the cutest sales girl recommends. I had to do this for a number of years before my wife forgave me for the cookbook I gave her one year.

I'm trying to do better this time. Any women want to tell me what's hot among the ladies who lunch this year? My wife is 40 and skinny enough to wear any designer. Suggestions for "romantic" gifts that will be, ahem, repaid in kind are particularly welcome.

I have a gorgeous diamond necklace that I will sell you. It's got 262 diamonds and it's set in platinum. I haven't had it appraised for 4 years but it appraised for $11.2K then. I sold all of my businesses and moved to the country where I am 150 miles from "real" civilization. I don't need them where I live. The rattlesnakes aren't impressed. LOL!
