Poll question: Do you honestly think Bush will be impeached.
WHere do you come down given these choices?

1. Depends...
On who controls Congress after 2006. If GOP, Bush stays. If the Dems, then _maybe_ he goes.

2. Ask me again next November.
It all depends on a Democratic majority in Congress. (a longshot with fixed elections, IMO).

I guess I'll have to pick "No" but should.

4. I'm starting to think he'll probably just resign like Dick Nixon.
You know, to avoid impeachment. The GOP may force him out if too much comes to light.

5. But only if we regain control of Congress, which is iffy
"Had enough?" is a slogan everyone should use during the next 11 months at every opportunity. Of course, Halliburton, et al, would have to answer "no" but the rest of us can make a pretty good case for the idea that BushCo has already gone far beyond any sane line you can imagine.

Just pictures of Rush and O'Lielly and Hannity might do just as well, printed over the "Had enough?" slogan. SOmething like "these men lie for a living" would be a good caption.

"Had enough?" I likes it, yes I do.

I like your suggestion, and offer this version (which is longer and perhaps not bumper sticker material)...

Are we having enough of the Bush Family, yet?

... modeled after the famous "Are we having fun, yet?"

First spoken by Zippy in 1979

6. Some GOPers who may have overlooked Iraq are pretty pissed now
All you have to do is look at how many conservative pundits are slamming the President over his illegal wiretaps. IMHO it will be much easier to impeach him over that than it will over Iraq, because we'll have a lot more support from the gopers (which we will need if we actually want to convict him after an impeachment).

7. Not a chance--not even if the Dems win big in 2006
Our side just doesn't have the stomach for a fight like that. They gave Reagan a pass, they'll do it again with Chimpy.

10. No, but he shoud be impeached for the Iraq lies AND the wiretaps.
I voted for "No,...Iraq war lies", but phony pre-war intelligence, the CIA leak,
and the illegal wiretaps are all part of the same pile of impeachable offenses.
However, this Congress will never impeach him.
