1. Proven false
And anyway, you register on the DNCL through a website, not by calling a number. The number probably reroutes you to a sales call.

7. You can register your cell phone number...
...with the Do Not Call list, just like a landline, on their web site.

In any case, I never answer a phone unless I know who the call is from, and whether I actually want/need to talk to that person. They'd have a hard time charging me for unsolicited sales calls. ;)
