So, we basically have a man in office who doesn't care and doesn't want to hear what anyone else has to say, and is not capable of communicating effectively with others.

Impeach him. We have the votes in the House (assuming you're willing to wait until January). Then, the Senate fails to convict.

4. We need evidence that he's drinking again and incompetent

There are plenty of signs, but we need PROOF (come on, somebody -- fire up those tape recorders, camera phones, etc.!) that he's self-medicating, has dementia, is incapable of making decisions rationally and in the best interest of the country. He is NOT going to go quietly; the only way to get rid of him is for proof to come out, for the public to cry for his removal, motivating this generation's version of the "good Rethugs" (if any are left) to go and tell him it's over.
