It is Congress's DUTY to impeach Bush and remove him from office. He hasn't just skirted the Constitution - he's attacked it full-on and tried to destroy it. And the attacks, via transparently-anticonstitutional signing statements, continue unabated.

If a Democratic Congress does not move to remove Bush from office, they'll prove themselves to be the craven triangulators that I'm already fairly certain they are.
