Well, Survey USA feels your pain and has issued its first polst-election polls. First, it shows President Bush's approval rating has plummeted into a tie for his all time low in Texas with a 41% rating vs. 58% who disapprove. SurveyUSA's October pre-election poll had him at 45% vs. 51%. Gov. Rick Perry won the election with about 40% of the vote and according to SurveyUSA those are pretty much the only people who think the governor is doing a good job. Actually, his approval rating was 41% versus a pre-election rating 40% so things are looking up for the governor - a bit. Sen. Kay Hutchison was down 1% from October with a 59% approval rating. Sen. John Cornyn' disapproval was up from 40% to 45%. There now do you feel better?
