That sort of behavior did not help Gerry Ford one iota...

3. If he did
I'm sure several Secret Service agents wrestled the Helicopter to the ground and detained it for questioning.

And maybe, just maybe, it knocked some sense into our Dear Leader.

One can always hope.

6. As long as he hits his head, he'll be OK. No chance of brain injury.

The new Marine One helicopters outta Italy, if memory servews, will have a bigger door for that very reason.

Plus monkey won't have to stoop even lower on his way out of Dodge.

11. As I recall, wasn't it Lyndon Baines Johnson who said, in 1964,
"No, I did not say Gerald Ford couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time. I said he couldn't walk and FART at the same time!"

Then there was the time Ford was on a campaign stop in Arizona, being shown around a proposed housing development, when he picked up a snake and killed a stick with it.

(need some sleep, need sleep...zzzzz...)

13. LBJ also told reporters ...
"Hold on a second, boys. It's time to remind Hubert (Humphrey) that I've got his balls in my pocket."
