2. One has to take what solace one can.
Perhaps he will move to the left, in the absence.

Still i know what would make me really feel better- winning back the House and Senate. And then kicking Bush out of office. Or, alternatively, a good ice cream sundae.

9. How the fuck would winning back Congress compare to losing the Court?
That sounds incredibly naive. You aren't alone, however. I've seen many posts today from people who seem to think that winning Congress would be some magical bullet that could undo the victory the republicans got today- a generation of controlling the Court. And you'd feel better if we won the House and Senate? Geez.

5. Yeah? Until Ann, the man, Coulter poisons him.
Ever see "Pelican Brief?" This SCOTUS set-up is RIPE for an assassination of a Justice, a LIBERAL Justice, that is. If Stevens mysteriously dies, we'll know who did it.

Repukes ALWAYS project things onto the Democrats because they are doing what they project. When Ann, the man, Coulters says "Maybe Stevens should be poisoned" (paraphrased), she's projecting what the repukes are thinking about and what they are plotting.

If Justice Stevens is a smart man, he should have body guards 24/7 abd food testers at all times. I'm serious. They will get rid of him.
