ask it to check on 'ear crease' and 'heart disease'. It's not a dead cert (you should pardon the expression) that if you have an ear crease you'll drop from a heart attack but it has been shown that if you've got one, you may develop the other.

And GWB has got a pretty big ear crease going on in that picture.
