Quite a few Republicans voting no on it, of course I came in in the middle of it, so there maybe some aye-voting DINOS

7. Senator Lugar now declaring the Boxer Amendment
a "killer" amendment. If adopted by Congress, this would surely require renegotiation of the agreement. Crap -- the Repukes should have just said "No Amendments Allowed".
