Not impeaching
is like smoking while you're being treated for lung cancer. To get healthy you have to both undergo the treatment and eliminate what caused the problem in the first place.

2. What confuses me somewhat
is that there would not be much of a criminal stigma attached to a successful impeachment, he'd just be out of office. I'd rather pile on in a court of law with the goal being an extremely long and dreadful prison sentence for crimes against humanity. If he were to be impeached he'd get the sympathy vote from the constitution hating sumbitches who occupy our country and all avenues of redress would most likely not be considered (as bush flies away to his ranch in paraguay with his fellow criminals.) Having said that I say impeach the bastard.

4. Nobody disagrees with you here

A few don't think it is a wise decision but nobody doesn't want ChimpCo brought to justice.

If you are like me and want impeachment you must act to bring it about.

1. Advocate passionately but fairly.
2. Write congress, editors, friends, family, journalists, etc.
3. In those letters ask for hearings, investigations, special prosecutors, etc.

If you do not do this, impeachment can never occur. There has to be a ground swell of public support for it. We do not have that at this time. (51% is not near the support that would be required.)

If we do not do this, impeachment will not happen, nor should it.

5. I'd rather have fair, full, and open Congressional hearings before talk of impeachment
Nonpartisans won't accept the outcome if we just start investigations that we publicly admit will result in impeachment at the outset.

7. I just changed my mind on impeachment...

I realized how much change needs to occur in order for us to stop the madness. King George may be the face of all things wrong with our country..but that is all he is. The corrosive rot lies deep beneath the surface. We need an awful lot of things to change...systemically. The idea of each congressional district making the decision on impeachment appeals to me. Taking it out of the DC spectacle and putting it squarely in the hands of the people.
