1. he just delivered a fine rant on the "food insecurity" nonsense
he even added the old favorite "ketchup was declared a vegetable".

Nice work, sir.

3. They didn't give them a vote yesterday, did they?
Another day? Don't believe them Senator! They've strewn this out two days already; they'll just fillibuster through the end of the week. Don't believe them!

4. No. It is disgusting.
I wish it was in the headlines - how the Republicans are refusing to help our farmers out in their time of crisis.

How in the world is the breadbasked so red?

6. "Republicans lied"
That's the headline I'd like to see. They either broke their word or had no intention of keeping it. Either way, their 'bi-partisan' manner serves only their purposes...not the country's.

5. I'd like to see the farmers take to the street
and head to Washington on this one.

7. THAT would get some attention!
Bush would probably call out the military on them. The farmers should set up a camp like the veterans did years ago. Camp out until they bring up the Bill and vote on it.

9. I love Dorgan.
I highly recommend his book "Take This Job & Ship It." It would also be a great gift to give to any fence-sitting repubs or repubs who are finally experiencing the wonder of our great economy. (sarcasm intended)

14. Feingold, Biden and Boxer are destroying
the Indian nuke bill so the Ag bill has not been dealt with yet.
