2. Ralph Hayes, Jr.
He draws 3 comic strips, that when they aren't slamming the viewer with Ralph's politics, can be REALLY funny.

The guy Ralph libeled is DC Simpson, who draws a daily strip, "Ozy and Millie," and a semi-weekly political cartoon called "I Drew This."
("I Drew This" has appeared on "Bartcop" sometimes. The latest has "Joe The Liberal Eagle" saying he wants to demonstrate what the voters said, by first flying over Bush and the GOP elephant.)
