no impeachment!
yet!

open up full hearings on the iraq war.

open up full hearings on why we havent gone after OBL.

but do not press for impeachment at this time. it will only make us look vindictive and divisive.

instead tell your congressperson that you want hearings to get everything about iraq, etc out in the open. the more of the truth that is presented, to the point that just like nixon , Bush's own party will call for his impeachment. That is when you start impeachment hearings, and hope that bush/cheney resign in disgrace.

3. Wait until after the Libby trial
It's too early to be talking about impeachment of either Bush or Cheney.

In the Scooter Libby perjury trial, scheduled to open in DC on January 17, there is likely to be testimony damaging to both Cheney and Bush. The only ways this testimony can be stopped are if Bush pardons Libby before trial or if Libby changes his plea to guilty. During or shortly after the trial, I expect Cheney might step down. Please remember that Cheney and Libby are good buddies. They even drove to work together every day they were in DC.

4. If there are no impeachment trials in the next two years,
my distrust and cynicism of US government will be permanent no matter who or what party is in office (for as long as I breathe air).
