UFF DA! "New Poll: Minnesota Dems lead in 2 key races"
ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Democrat Amy Klobuchar continues to enjoy a wide lead in her Senate race with Republican Rep. Mark Kennedy, a poll published Tuesday found.

Fifty-six percent of likely voters polled said they would definitely or were likely to vote for Klobuchar, while 31 percent said the same about Kennedy, the statewide poll conducted by St. Cloud State University found. Independence Party candidate Robert Fitzgerald drew 3 percent, and 5 percent were undecided.

In the race for governor, Democrat Mike Hatch leads Republican incumbent Tim Pawlenty 46 percent to 36 percent, the poll found.

The poll was in line with other recent polls, including one by the Star Tribune of Minneapolis and another by the University of Minnesota, though the newest poll showed Hatch with a slightly wider margin.

2. I'm going to vote for Mike Hatch (D) for governor, but...
..I don't think he's going to win by 10 points. If he wins by 1/2 a point, that will be good enough for me.
