Check out this Classic Pre-Iraq War Daily Show clip at this New site!
I'm trying out this new Video site I recently found called "Daily Motion" where I uploaded one of the first Daily Show clips that GooTube (Google/YouTube) removed.

"Daily Motion" is very much similar to YouTube (same technology), except it has the "Tags" system instead of Keywords, a system that seems to be more widely used in Europe and it's in FRANCE!

Daily Motion is mostly work safe, as long as you stay out of the "Sexy" Channel. They have far lower standards there as to what they consider porn in France.

I'm just uploading this one to see what happens (if it gets deleted or what), though there are several hundred more Daily Show clips from others. Just search (Daily Show) and you find a bunch more.

It's from February 10, 2003 and has John Ashcroft and his "Orange Alert" and Tom Ridge being Tom Ridge, etc.

Here's the link: <http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xkq8t_daily-show-feb10-2003-preiraq-war>

Btw, Yes, I know about the new Video Forum, but so far the Rules for that forum are for YouTube Videos only, so I'm testing this here. Hopefully Skinner and the guys will give the O.K. for a few more sites soon, I have a few videos at MySpace's Video area too.

Here's one of the links: <http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=1316568608>

Lots of Daily Show still and a nice collection of videos from the days of before they were stars.

2. Yes, I had heard of ThrowAwayYourTV.com before...

...it looks like they've made a bunch of improvements to their site since the last time I was there. I think Del.icio.us is more like a RSS type service, or more correctly, it's an on-line bookmaking type service.

But thanks, maybe I'll see what membership there involves, both because of all the alternative sources of "Flash Video" Daily Show clips I found, and all the clips I now have "in the can" that I'm not going to re-upload to YouTube, which would most likely end up getting deleted again.
