In what states do the Democrats control the vote counting?
In what states do the Democrats control the government agency that is responsible for counting the votes (Board of of Elections or Secretary of State)?

It might be good for us to know this before people start jumping to conclusions about vote stealing conspiracies.

3. There are a bunch of such states:
a state of confusion
a state of denial
a state of disorder
a state of fear
etc.

As far as real states go, the Dems control nothing at the moment, which leaves me in a state of despair.

4. Missouri's SOS is Democrat Robin Carnahan,
Daughter of the late Mel Carnahan. That bodes well for the state, though there are electronic voting machines in the two heavily Democratic cities of St. Louis and Kansas City. In addition, the state Supreme Court knocked down the Voter ID bill, so that should help matters also. Plus, with the stem cell initiative bringing out lots and lots of progressive folks, this will help McCaskill and other Democrats throughout the state.
