Can someone please explain how this guy can be "Lucky"
Marine In Iraq Coaches Wife Through Labor Via Webcam

MESQUITE, Texas - A lucky North Texas marine found a way to witness his son's birth in Mesquite, from more than 5,000 miles away.

Baby Dominick's dad, Manny Vasquez, is stationed in Iraq, but he coached his wife, Erica Vasquez, through 16 hours of labor, via a webcam.

"It was kind of a struggle because we had to get everything prepared because we didn't know exactly when this little one would be coming," Erica Vasquez said.

Manny will meet his son when returns home to Mesquite in February.

Not sure about you...but I don not think this guy feels "Lucky" at all...I know I would not...pretty sure I'd be one pissed off Marine!

Not there for the birth of his baby because BushCo's lies...FUCK!

4. Same way people thank God when an aircraft crashes onto a railroad track,

derailing a train, which tumbles down a 300 foot embankment, causing one of it's trucks to roll in front of their car, making them swerve and hit a tree, and yet they lived & only broke eighteen bones. See?

6. He's lucky enough to have at least "sort of" been present...
while his son was born. He's lucky to have survived the IED's, snipers, kidnappers and any other manner of death waiting for so many other fathers... some who did not have the chance to see their child born because of this war. He's lucky enough to have at least seen his child on TV and I know he is grateful for that. I'm sure he would much rather be home with his wife where he belongs but the Army doesn't care if you're having a baby or not... you're stuck where you are. Yes, he should be home and to be half a world a way during one of the most important days in his life must be hard but I'd bet he does feel lucky for that opportunity to at least "sort of" be present.
