? on Border Patrol agents sentenced to prison.

Can b* pardon the agents and would he do this when he signs
the border fence law.The Judge was Nominated by George W. Bush on May 1, 2003.
Is their something funny hear?

1. I doubt B**h would pardon anyone
except his criminal buddies, DeLay, Ney, Cunningham and their ilk. I bet he does this right after the November elections.

The right wingers made a big stink about Clinton issuing so many pardons but missed the point that the president is *supposed* to use the power to pardon liberally and with compassion, to right wrongs resulting from breakdowns in the justice system that would otherwise go uncorrected.

B**h has issued fewer pardons than any other president. I wouldn't expect him to change now - not with Bush pandering to the cheap labor lobby, and especially not after the right wing made attacking the president's use of pardons one of their wedge issues they used against Clinton.
